This eLearning design tackles marketing challenges by introducing potential clients to the company's products, services, and ordering process. It utilizes digital marketing techniques and strategic placements, such as QR codes, ads, and social media, to provide clear product information and simplify the ordering process. The design successfully met stakeholder goals by providing a user-friendly experience to increase online orders and attract new clients. This project illustrates how eLearning can be used beyond training. It was created using Articulate Rise 360, making it a cost-effective and easily accessible marketing strategy to engage clients in product and service education on any device. The microlearning design and interactive elements work well for capturing clients' attention and guiding them towards placing online orders.
