The course focuses on understanding global social and cultural norms in the workplace to foster better collaborations and improve dynamics. I chose the authoring tool isEazy for its interactive elements and hotspot mapping feature, which complemented the course content. The process involved storyboarding and action mapping to ensure engagement. I included an interactive map, a matching game for review, and scenario-based questions for assessment to enhance learner retention and application of knowledge.
